When to set your MITs

Every day, Leo Babauta picks his Most Important Tasks. MITs are a great idea for getting things done. I set some myself every day too. However, I have an additional hack that I make here:

Set the day's MITs the night before.

To a procrastinator, every task looks like it will be easier if it's done tomorrow. Use that to your advantage. If you set your MITs the night before then you'll pick more ambitious tasks than if you set them that day and you'll feel less resistance to setting them. That's the technique I'm using at the moment and it works well.
