Today, in order to unsubscribe from a mailing list, I had to send an email with a particular From address that I didn't have an account set up for in Evolution. Much as I love Evolution, I can't help but think there's something a bit wrong with the UI when the quickest way of doing this is to telnet to my ISP's SMTP server and enter the email directly, rather than setting up a new account.
