This is peace

When I am satisfied

There will be time and

Time to turn again.

Not because of what I am

 

There is no evil in my intent.

It is as I would shade

A fevered brow from the sun

Or from the water lift that

Which breathes its air direct,

Or place the lost and panting bird

Back in its nest.
